  • No features to show yet to the client as this is a consultation meeting.
  • Next Sprint is focused on testing features and elements.
  • Expectations - all the core features must be tested and be working according to their specified functionality.
  • TA mentioned to include risk and priority types labeled for each task assigned on GitHub
  • User Stories Points must be updated in our Repo and correctly labeled based on our chosen grading scheme.
  • Burndown Chart is moved in Sprint Four. Grades will not be assigned for this upcoming sprint.
  • [!!] Work on task breakdown structure and workload balance, make sure to list your tasks and issues faced during problems in writing, rather than thinking the problem out in your head.
  • We must have an architecture diagram that is consistent with the coding style of our project to present.
  • Those details must be included in the readme file of the project.
  • Make sure to have our commit logs, peer-reviewed and referenced with explicit explanations. He wants to see our train of thoughts.
  • TRAVIS CI must be implemented for each commit.
  • Acceptance test must be done for EACH USER STORY (it's apparently the easiest task). Lots of templates are available on Google. Even for the previous sprints.
  • Keep up your frequent meetings whether in person or virtual. It still counts as a meeting!
  • Idea for block diagrams? Patrick is assigned the task to select the block diagram type.

NOTE: Sprint Four task break down structures have been assigned as milestones.

Meeting adjourned.
