Rely on our own repositories instead of bisq's for some gradle dependencies

Currently, some of our dependencies are on repositories hosted on Bisq's github. Would be better to move these dependencies to repositories under our control (inside github.com/haveno-dex).

• Netlayer (https://github.com/bisq-network/netlayer/commits/externaltor), which depends on
• Tor binary (https://github.com/bisq-network/tor-binary)
• Bitcoinj (https://github.com/bisq-network/bitcoinj/)
• jsonrpc4j (https://github.com/bisq-network/jsonrpc4j/)

We also rely on other repositories hosted on Github. Would be good to move as many as possible of these dependencies under our direct control, but only if the increased complexity will worth it.
