Can't install from within VSCodium

I don't know whether this is a vscode-terraform issue, or a VS MarketPlace issue, but when searching for terraform in the Extensions: Install Extensions action of VSCode, I get no results. This is strange though, as the latest version of the extension can be seen at https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=HashiCorp.terraform. This also affects updates; if I already have a version of the vscode-terraform extension installed then Extensions: Check for Extension Updates doesn't find the latest version either.

Oops. I think this is actually #379 - I'm using VSCodium!
