Hello LED on ATTiny412 (Platformio)

Blinks a LED on ATTiny412. Use USB-Serial adapter, connect RXD and TXD with Schottky-Diode (Ring to TXD). At RXD end, put 470R resistor. Other end of resistor goes to UPDI pin.
