Upload Larges Files (Laravel 5.1 | jQuery | jQuery Form | progress bar)

Upload larges files (only ppt, pptx, pdf) with progress bar and submit button (laravel 5.1 + jQuery + Ajax)

Features

Controller:

1. Validate type and size file
2. Rename the file name with User ID and Date
3. Move file to files folder
4. Save data in DB

View:

1. jQuery Form plugin
2. Progress bar
3. Submit button after upload success
