I am Chad 48 widower, business owner construction decorative molding installer. I'm getting better at computer skills still lacking in many areas. this bill is to create a new password for a wallet then I cannot get into it's a core wallet. And hopefully build a wallet blockchain. actually I think I had the secret key I just don't want to pass phrase and I don't know how to link the secret key with the wallet because the wallet is encrypted and I don't have the password for it or the pass phrase
