Your Character will gain Strength by making exercise, moving or running while carrying a considerable amount of weight (Higher than the current Max Carry Weight) or encumbred.
Your Character will gain Vitality by recieving damage.
Your Character will gain Crafting by crafting objects.
Your Character will gain Sailing by sailing the seas.
Your Character will gain Hunting by killing Creatures.
Your Character will gain Taming by taming Creatures.
Your Character will gain Fishing by pulling the line while fishing.
