it doesn't have a file of style in folder /public.

This is not a bug. You need to compile the assets as it's specified in the readme.

Can I ask the question, what is the package used here, file /laravel-blog/resources/views/comments/_form.blade.php

I compiled the scss file to css in public but the web return 404 although css is there
