Request for Pre-trained Model Weights

We are working on a course project at CMU involving vision-language models and would like to use your pre-trained models. We are particularly interested in the model weights specific to the COCO IR/TR task. However, the links to the model weights seem broken. Could you please provide updated links or share the weights?
