What does this change?

  • Create a new node project in the root of the repo, and move common settings from the ./cdk config to the root.
  • Create a 'hello world' lambda and config on the Newswires CDK app.

How to test

  • Deploy to CODE, run the lambda in the console

How can we measure success?

Have we considered potential risks?
