The proposed model can be found here, and there is a snapshot published: guardian/content-api-models#233

The proposed Scala client change can be found here, and there is a snapshot published: guardian/content-api-scala-client#407

It currently covers Key Takeaway elements and Q&A elements, but not Timeline elements yet due to #10742.
