Move file "oracle_sql.json" into
Windows : "C:\Users\<WinUser>\AppData\Roaming\Code\User\snippets"
Linux/osx : "~/Library/VisualStudio/ver/Snippets"
Or you can use the command ">snippet" in VS and insert new one and copy content of the file "oracle_sql.json".
