self-signed certificates on telegram webhook environment

I got an issue when i tried to connect my webhost to telegram server by webhook - oncall don't have an option with including self-signed certificates to telegram server. Currently it's so hard manipulation with telegram webhook host i need use proxies like cloudflare which certificates telegram knows, i can't connect my private (oncall-)server with personal self-signed certificates.

Will be possible add the feature with including self-signed certificates for telegram webhook connection?
