When creating a schedule via the UI, you sometimes get redirected to the schedule page and everything is grayed out

What went wrong?

What happened
After creating a web schedule via the UI, and waiting 15-20secs, the schedule page is "blank" (see screenshot):

What did you expect to happen:
I should immediately be able to create a schedule layer, and not have to refresh the page

How do we reproduce it?

1. Try creating a web schedule w/ just a title
2. Click create
3. Wait ~15 seconds until all network activity has finished.

Grafana OnCall Version

v1.3.3 (was running against drone-5799 on e2eoncall instance)
