Installing promtail_2.9.2_amd64.deb user promtail should be added to the group adm.

To Reproduce
Download and install promtail_2.9.2_amd64.deb in Ubuntu 22.04.

If you configure promtail to send journal to Loki without adding promtailto group adm you don't get any indication in the journal.

Is adm the right group? In my case on Ubuntu 24.04 the group systemd-journal was enough.
sudo usermod -a -G systemd-journal promtail

But yeah this info is missing in the docs.
