City Overview sections

  • What percentage of the homes are owned vs. rented?
  • What is the household income compared to state-wide and country-wide?
  • What percentage of the population live in owned vs. rented?
  • What is the house price compared to state-wide and country-wide?
  • What is the average home occupancy?
  • How much is the rent per bedroom?
  • What are the average monthly housing expenses?

City Affordability Sections:

  • Are housing/renting prices rising faster than incomes?
  • How affordable is the City on average?
  • Is the City affordable to ELI households?
  • How many renters live beyond affordability?
  • How many owners live beyond affordability?
