[KSP2] Getting packageName of Kotlin types returns empty String

When getting the package name of Kotlin types like this:

resolver.getKotlinClassByName("kotlin.Any")!!.packageName.asString()

we got an empty String with KSP2 but "kotlin" with KSP1.

Tested with main at 42217b8 as well as 2.0.0-Beta3-1.0.18-20240207.110119-15.
