Synchronize starting of audio and video after seeking in MPEG-TS

@ojw28 When the player seek with a Ts format, when the seek processed, the audio track begins to play for a while, but at this time the video is frozen at the first frame. Is there any way to improve the seek performance? This is reproducible with any ts format file.

Using a more appropriate container format would resolve the issue. TS doesn't do a good job of supporting seeking. Marking this as an enhancement, but it will likely be treated as low priority.
