Player doesn't work if audio-stream is defined in PMT but there is no in TS.

It can also happen if a defined stream has a wrong format.

Such stream was in task #986 .

Isn't it a media error to define an audio stream if the stream doesn't contain any audio? The stream should just not be defined, in my opinion.
