Godot version:
3.2.4.rc.custom_build. 8385a0d

OS
Ubuntu 20.04 - Ubuntu 3.36 X11

Issue description:
Executing

ConvexPolygonShape2D.new().draw(RID(),Color(-4.117026,2.620053,1.619517,1))

crashes with backtrace

ERROR: get: FATAL: Index p_index = 0 is out of bounds (size() = 0).
