Cannot build pkg runtime with LLVM 3.1 #18

minux reports llgo failed to build the runtime package with LLVM 3.1, due to some issue with the llvm.trap function signature. See: https://github.com/axw/llgo/pull/16

"llvm.trap: llvm Intrinsic has wrong parameter attributes"
