Add defaultFromFile options

It would be great if in cases like say, creating plantuml diagrams which can have many types of specs, we'd be able to move the specs to a separate directory.

This could maybe be expanded to allow the user to choose from a set of choices of local files, and have those loaded. Maybe that could be a special kind of flag type (fileChoice, maybe).
