#607, #637 에서 공유드렸던 컬러 차트를 전역 변수로 생성하려고 합니다.

(참고 !!)

/view/styles/_custom.scss 파일을 생성하여, 전역 변수를 생성합니다.
추후 theme picker의 변경에 따라 색상이 변경될 수 있도록 컴포넌트의 색상을 변수화 할 예정입니다.
