macOS: Shouldn't Command+~ when Quick Terminal (Quake terminal from above) cycle with other Ghostty windows?

Basically,
Cmd+~cycles through multiple Ghostty windows, which is nice and what I expect but when I'm typing in the quick terminal window (Quake terminal from above) and hitCmd+~, it doesn't cycle with other Ghostty windows.I wonder if this is expected, bug or a feature request, any thoughts?
