Feature Request: move server webui from vuejs to reactjs (with typescript)

Prerequisites

• I am running the latest code. Mention the version if possible as well.
• I carefully followed the README.md.
• I searched using keywords relevant to my issue to make sure that I am creating a new issue that is not already open (or closed).
• I reviewed the Discussions, and have a new and useful enhancement to share.

Motivation

Vuejs is good enough for the early development (just a POC to see if people actually love it or not)

But as the code base grown, it now become unmanageable.

The solution is to move to the mainstream reactjs + typescript stack, with a proper lint / prettier / testing framework to ease the development.
