Platform
Windows 10 on Intel, I think this happens on AMD too.

DXGI ERROR: IDXGISwapChain::ResizeBuffers: Cannot add or remove the DXGI_SWAP_CHAIN_FLAG_ALLOW_TEARING flag using ResizeBuffers.
