Gene expression data for long non-coding RNAs for cancers from the TCGA program

The data were processed with the Kallisto-Sleuth pipeline as described from our previous study (Zheng et al., 2019, PMID: 31808800). Our pipeline enables maximized capture of lncRNAs from RNA-Seq data.
