.NET MAUI Support (Preview 3)

This is a subset of the issue tracking the complete MAUI support (#1174) and builds upon the work completed for Preview 1 (#1651) and Preview 2 (#1729)

Here is the next set of work planned. Some of these may be pushed to a Preview 4, depending on how things go.

• Support iOS native crashes: .NET 6 iOS support #1282
• Support MacCatalyst native crashes: Add MacCatalyst target and sample app #1848
• Connect native iOS SDK options: Add and configure options for the iOS SDK #1849
• Release Health -> Crash rate based on native crashes
  • Ensure a release value exists OOTB. Set default Release and Distribution for iOS and Android #1856
  • Ensure AutoSessionTracking is true by default on mobile (see code here)
• Gather device and context info in IosEventProcessor Copy context info from iOS #1884
• Consolidate the Distribution option from Android and iOS and move into the main SDK.
• Getting Started Wizard: Add MAUI Wizard page sentry-docs#5271
• Platform logo icon (https://github.com/getsentry/platformicons) We'll stick the standard .NET logo
