Issue Summary

Static value doesn't show multi-value dropdown input.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create query with multi-value dropdown (i.e https://redash-preview.netlify.com/queries/227)
  2. Add it to a dashboard (i.e https://redash-preview.netlify.com/dashboard/test-static)
  3. Click "Edit Parameters" in widget and change this param to static value.

Expected: Shows multi-value dropdown.
Actual: Shows single-value dropdown.
