feature_request(update): site list

1. Summary

It would be nice, if Pelican sites list will be updated. In the list we have deprecated or migrated sites, that may takes a user time.

(GitHub wiki doesn't support pull requests)

There are no PR in wiki, but anyone can edit pages :) .

Thanks for looking into it and providing actionable list. I went ahead and removed these sites from list. I don't have permissions to close this issue, though.
