Button tooltips hidden in fullscreen #566

When in fullscreen, the button tooltips are hidden (out of viewport) since they are displayed above when they should be displayed below the buttons.

On the iPad, the green bar at the top doesn't disappear so it is not possible to undo fullscreen.

The Fullscreen tooltip is out of viewport on the right so you only see Fullsc.
