With the release of OTEL sem convention 1.28 they added support for ci cd labels

https://opentelemetry.io/docs/specs/semconv/attributes-registry/cicd/

We should see if we can leverage these in glu to trace back the state of the pipeline to the build provider / source

Particularly in the ui/api/cli

Needs more design and thought. By opening this as a placeholder
