Hi,
Did any one create a Dockerfile for JAMg?

Thank you in advance.

... I just found a workflow for JAMg here, but I am not sure how up-to-date it is.

Hi @mictadlo . I am not aware of Docker for JAMg.
It seems the workflow you mention was last updated about a year or two ago; that does not necessarily mean it is out of date wrt JAMg, I honestly just do not know the answer to that. @robsyme, do you have any comments on your Dockerfile?
@alpapan, are you aware of anyone else playing with JAMg on Docker?

Hi all.

The annotation workflow linked is only loosely based on Jamg rather than a 1:1 translation. I'm updating it at the moment, taking cues from @sanger-pathogen's excellent companion workflow (adding fungal-specific tools and steps). Companion has a docker image that includes some very handy tools.

Sorry Rob
Git is indeed not great and we talked about having dockers but manpower is the issue (see for example the outdated documentation (which as been on my list but it is competing vs improving the software). This is even more true due to the code changing not infrequently. Would someone want to take that on? It would be of great help.

thanks
alexie

How about a Bioconda package?
