Add further metrics to statistical error calculation for grid point or/and decide how to combine them.

The combination or evalution is done in the two methods:
calculate_scaled_events
calculate_overall_metric

Error calcualtion to be implemented or disregarded in:
calculate_error_sig_eff_gh
calculate_error_energy_estimate_bdt_reg_tree
calculate_error_gamma_ray_psf
calculate_error_image_template_methods
