Leave Encashment should not be tightly linked with payroll.
two reasons :

Many companies do not use Payroll Module while use HRMS , so leave encashment should not be tightly linked to payroll . there should be an option to keep the record of encashed leaves ( and ofcourse should deduct the leave balance ) but without calculation of the encashment amount or creation of additional salary .

The leave encashment calculation as of now is based on salary structure field , while basic component amount is different for each employee sharing the same salary structure.

Describe the solution you'd like

In HR Setting add one checkbox named 'Don't create Additional Salary on Leave Encashment'. When this checkbox in enable do not Create Additional salary and also there should not be a validation on save of leave encashment amount.
Please ensure the Leave balance should be adjusted according to the leave encashment.
