Return Of Components Button not showing in Subcontracting Order

Hi team,

In Subcontracting order, we have seen that the Return of Components button is sometimes not visible for some orders.

As per our understanding it is happening when no Subcontracting Receipt has been made against that order.

If you check https://rangsutra-erpnextv14.frappe.cloud/app/subcontracting-order/SC-ORD-2023-00546 - the button is visible

But for https://rangsutra-erpnextv14.frappe.cloud/app/subcontracting-order/SC-ORD-2023-00379, the button is not visible, as no subcontracting receipt is made

We should be able to take back the material sent to a subcontractor, even if no receipt has been made. The case could be that the material is lying idle with the subcontractor, and another subcontractor has capacity to fulfil it, so we want to take the components back and issue to other party to complete process on time.

Hence request you to remove the validation and allow for Return of components if a stock entry has been made.
