Information about bug

Observed Result
In the shopping cart there is a total of 4pcs. With a row count of 2.

The shopping cart icon only shows 2 based on the total rows.

Expected Result
The shopping cart icon showing the total quantity in the shopping cart. This is how popular e-commerce Amazon displays their cart quantity.
