🐛 [Bug] - Sales Invoice date

Expected Behavior

I created a sales invoice with today's date and when I go to create the pdf the invoice date is the same.

Current Behavior

I created a sales invoice with today's date but when I go to create the pdf the invoice date is shown with the past month. For example I create the invoice today January 9, 2025 and in the pdf I find December 9, 2024.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on "Sales"
2. Select "Sales Invoice"
3. Add a new invoice
4. Fill the invoice with data and save it
5. Now look at the date the invoice was created and you will see that it is the correct date
6. But if you now press the “Open Print View” button you will see that the date is one month behind.
