Add shot of the day showcase

A while ago etra made some fun data analysis using the HOF DB. It could be cool if we could replicate some of them (and since he made these on javascript we can even look at the code!). One of which is "shot of the day" which shows a HOF picture that entered the HOF last year. I think it's pretty cool and would be awesome to have something like that as well.

In the data analysis etra also did some other stuff, but I am not certain about doing them because of the following reasons:

• Top posters or HOFers: I am not sure about this one since I don't want to bring special attention to individuals (besides showing their shots).
• Search shots by user: Same as above.
• Favourite time to post: I don't want to change framed posting habits.
• Top shot by game: I don't want to put too much emphasis on score.
