Clean up/archive Makefiles for machines that no longer exist #1076

This would reduce clutter in the main MAKE folder, reduce the need to maintain Makefiles that are definitely no longer needed, while maybe keeping them at hand if they're put e.g. in an archive/ subdirectory or so.
