Motivation: Why do you think this is important?

The metadata could be useful for the out-core plugin to understand better of the task to be created. As a concrete example, an out-core plugin might need to know the k8s SA and namespace of the task execution to retrieve correct permissions in order to talk to an external system.

Goal: What should the final outcome look like, ideally?

Out-core plugin can receive relevant task execution metadata to make certain decisions.

Describe alternatives you've considered

There is no alternative without knowing required task execution metadata.
