Fleet version (Head to the "My account" page in the Fleet UI or run fleetctl version): 3.13.0

🧑‍💻  Expected behavior

Software inventory works when the feature flag is enabled.

💥  Actual behavior

MySQL replication lag and errors in the Fleet server log such as:

failed to save host software: save host software: insert software: Error 1205: Lock wait timeout exceeded; try restarting transaction
