The Flatpak version of Skype does not seem to respect daylight-savings.

My current time-zone is Australia/Sydney (AEST/AEDT) which is currently +11 due to daylight savings. The Flatpak version of Skype outputs that it is using the following TZ: "Time: TZ: UTC+0-10:00, Local: 1577666508525".

The non-flatpak version of Skype using Fedora 31 does not seem to have this problem and displays the correct time - '"Time: TZ: UTC+0-11:00, Local: 1577666661634".

I'm facing the same problem in the Firefox flatpak as well, I think it might be a bug in the flatpak framework itself.
