Microsoft no longer provides updated .deb files for Skype

That's understandable, yet saddening.
Yet my hope is not lost, this package can follow the NordPass package's path of deconstructing Snap package.

Thanks for the info! Someone in the Solus space also independently mentioned that possibility to me. I didn't know this was a realistic option. So it's not the death-knell yet; that's good.
