it seems something big changed in 2024.2 and now interface looks ugly.
for example we have scrolls in every menu.
it feels like now Pycharm did not get screen size correctly and using some very small default.

also
File watcher failed repeatedly and has been disabled

seems scaling bug can be fixed with just removing os interface scaling.
