Left Controller Motion Tracking not Working

Hello!

I am using a Valve Index on Windows 11 with the latest version of SteamVR.

Problem:
My left hand in game is on the ground. The buttons seem to work and I can see the hand close when I squeeze the controller. However, I cannot get it to track. When I pause the game and go into the Steam menu, it works just fine.

Things I have tried:
Reinstalling game and mod
Clearing out the My Documents section where the game files are stored
Reinstalling SteamVR
Re-running the SteamVR room setup
Upgrading my controller firmwares
