Translation system improvements and more!

• translation system doesn't rely on gulp-sassport anymore: instead we're writing dedicated Sass files for each locale to be imported in global files;
• added an .editorconfig and cleaned up a few files;
• prevents a bug with system fonts stack;
• fixes some tests to better match mistakes and tags;
• added a few tests;
• some Hologram improvements on theme, to handle blockquotes.

This version:

• fixes a few bugs (with CSS lint formatter),
• improved some tests (utf-8 charsets and label without for attribute)
• added a new advice for non-HTTPS links and sources
• and improved documentation's templates to use HTTPS links and sources, obviously :)

Including 16 new tests (which makes a total of 88 tests), a few bug fixes and improvements, and chinese translation.

A patch version will come soon to update chinese translations (see #261).

And next major version shall concern documentation:

• switch from Hologram to Sassdoc
• try to automatically link tests' references from WCAG and RGAA parsers
• make website multilingual…

And maybe new ARIA dedicated tests :)

Add Chinese translation

Better accuracy and precision

Some tests have been split to better match items and make messages more accurate — removing the more "… or …" kind of messages.

Also adjust documentation website with a single example per test, making counters match the number of tested items.

Reduce file size

Removed @a11y-sibling since it was very heavy in the ened + shorten messages and fix some typos.
