Firstly thank you for the awesome work.

I've been trying out the demo Jupyter notebooks on Colab but I'm having issues exporting the quantized and optimized model.

Thanks for writing the issue.

Installing the old onnxruntime version solved the problem in our environment.
pip3 install onnxruntime==1.16.0

We could export the quantized onnx model.
python3 scripts/export_onnx_model.py --checkpoint sam_vit_b_01ec64.pth --model-type vit_b --output sam_vit_b_01ec64.onnx --quantize-out sam_vit_b_01ec64_q.onnx

I ran into the same issue. Downgrading onnxruntime to 1.16 works, but it would be nice to resolve this for newer versions.
