In the functions for creating a single cell mesh and 1-dimnensional uniform mesh, the neighbor cell of a boundary face has empty value as its index.

However, in OpenFOAM, the index of the neighbor cell of a boundary face is set to -1.

I think that we just didn't use it so far. Feel free to fix it. Maybe @HenningScheufler knows more.
