For Deneb, it would be great if checkpointz servers could serve the /eth/v1/beacon/blob_sidecars/{block_id} route.

Some clients are capable of fetching blobs from the network, but for Lighthouse the quickest fix would be for us to get the blobs from the checkpoint server, see: sigp/lighthouse#5251.
